The Whirring Machine
"Humans do not scale. We do not have APIs, and our minds cannot be upgraded to a new version overnight."
We are told that the world is accelerating, and that we must accelerate with it. But trying to keep pace with constant, immediate demands only leads to burnout and exhaustion.
The most radical thing you can do today is work at a human pace. You do not need to master every new trend. You do not need to build something massive by next Tuesday. You just need to show up consistently, choose your direction with intention, and craft things that last.
That is Slow Work. It is not about doing less; it is about doing what matters with presence and care.
